Refund & Returns Policy

  1. An order can be placed directly on our website (Out of Dhaka customers will need to pay applicable advance after placing the order on website and share payment details on WhatsApp or Messenger ) or message us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to inquire and place the order.

  2. We take advance for pre-ordering the products. If the price of the product is below 5000 Tk. 510, above 5000 Tk. 1020-2040, an advance payment will be charged after understanding the price, BKash Charge is included. Our BKash number is  01937052747 .

  3. For stock products, cash on delivery is available for Dhaka residents whereas Delivery Charge advance payment is required in order to confirm the order for outside Dhaka customers.

  4. If you cancel or refuse to receive the parcel, the advance will not be refunded.

  5. In case the product ordered by the customer is not delivered due to defect/stockout, it may take 3 to maximum of 7 working days to refund the advance money to the customer including the Bkash charge.

  6. Delivery charge is 80 taka inside Dhaka and 150 taka outside Dhaka for one product. If you buy more than one product, the delivery charge will increase according to the rules of the courier outside Dhaka.

  7. Please confirm and then order the product. Because after the confirmation of the order, it is not possible to cancel it under any circumstances and the advance money will not be returned.

  8. We are maintaining “No Refund, No Exchange” policy after delivery.

  9. Kindly check the product in front of the delivery man at the time of receiving it. No complaint will be accommodated after the departure of the delivery man. If you have received any wrong product or defective product then you must inform us immediately along with the screenshot of the product and hand it over to the delivery man. We will exchange it, if returned in a new condition. Exchange is not possible if the product is not handed over to the deliveryman immediately. Our Intention is never to send any defective or incorrect delivery.

  10. No returns will be accepted unless the product is defective. Product images are viewed online using different devices for which sometimes the colour of the product may appear light or dark due to the colour settings of the customer’s device for which we are not responsible in any way, our live videos for most of our products contain all the details including the colour of the product. Kindly, watch the available videos along with the pictures of the product which you want to order to be sure of the actual colour and the design. Our products are not returnable for colour issues.

  11. Payment can be made by cash in case of cash on delivery. In case of Bkash, customers have to pay first and send us the last 4 digits of Bikash number. For Bank transfer, customers have to inform us the Bank details. After completing the procedure, the customer is requested to inform us then mode of payment and it’s details in the message.

  12. NEHA – Exclusive Fashion reserves full rights to take action against anyone who tries to harm us financially/defaming or for any kind of dishonest purpose. Such as, Fake/Fraud Order, Harassment for no reason!
